Instagram 2.0

After some weeks away from IG, I am trying find a mindful way to integrate social media...without feeling compelled to post everyday and without falling back down the rabbit hole of comparison, doubt and feeling like I am hustling my creative life.
I cleared out my previous photos and am beginning again with this quote. It embodies the heart of my creative life, which isn’t separate from my Life.
I want that space to reflect what matters to me— to highlight the everyday sacred, the sense of wonder and deepening purpose available to us when we commune with the natural world. I want my creative offerings to feel like refuge—invitations to pause and take in something more beautiful, quiet and tender than the everyday noise. I want my offerings to invite slow, thoughtful connection in a world that is moving more and more swiftly.
All of this is to say, I am taking my time to integrate back into Instagram. I will post there when it feels authentic and purposeful. In between, I’ll be mindfully exploring, writing, and creating...and connecting with you in meaningful ways.
